! Cancellation, Deposit & Late Fee Policy ! • Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total at your appointment. - Cancellations / Rescheduling: • 12–24 hours before appointment: Your $50 deposit will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule. • Less than 12 hours before appointment or no-show: A $100 fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before booking or rescheduling another appointment. Late Arrivals: I schedule each client for the exact amount of time needed for their specific services. Arriving on time helps me make sure you get the full service you booked and keeps the day running smoothly for everyone. - A $20 late fee will apply if you arrive late. Depending on how late you are, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to ensure every client gets the attention they need. How to Cancel or Reschedule: PLEASE Contact me directly - if I don’t hear from you, you will be marked as a no show and charged the fee as listed above.
